WhatsApp is an internationally used messenger with over 1 billion users all over the world. Today this Facebook owned chat service is officially introducing video calling for its over 1 billion users.
This much awaited update will be available to all iOS, Android and Window phone users. Recently we reported that WhatsApp is rolling out this feature gradually to few beta users in USA, it was a hint that a public debut was on its way.
Using WhatsApp new feature is very easy, users just need to hit the call button on top corner of a conversation window, you get two options
a) Voice Call
b) Video Call
By selecting on the option b the video call is initiated.
Users can switch to front, back camera during the call which is an amazing function.
We all know that, WhatsApp already supports a number of great standard features such as voice calling, leaving voice message, group conversation but the video calling was the most awaited feature to make WhatsApp get into the video calling competition with Face time.
