Google’s New Release Radio is available for everyone now

Google’s new Release radio is a station on Play Music that provides users with a new selection of songs frequently. This list is based on a user’s listening history of songs. The Release radio has now been officially announced now whereas it was originally available only for Samsung user.

This feature according to Google was under experiment from last month in order to gather feedback. But now it has been officially rolled out to the public. It is still unclear whether or not this was the plan for Google and Samsung to keep the feature exclusive to Samsung customers or both the companies changed their course after the confusion roll out of the Release Radio in June.

No information has been revealed from Google yet but the New Release Radio is now available for all of the Google Play Music users. this is a good move by Google add a service to its platform that is followed by music discovery features like Apple Music and Spotify has been offering till now. A feature by Google exclusive for only Samsung users would not have been a good idea in the long-run. It is still to be seen whether the new Release Radio is a good choice as the other features available out in the market but anyone used to Google Play music will surely give it a go.

You can find New Release Radio throughout Google Play Music, or by searching for “New Release Radio.” The station is available to free radio listeners and subscribers globally and will be constantly updated with the latest new releases.
