10 UAE Universities Feature in 2023 Global University Rankings

The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings for 2023 includes ten universities from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Universities’ contributions to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) serve as the basis for evaluation.

The University of Sharjah received an overall rating of 76.8-82.1, placing it in the range of 201-300. Gulf Medical University, Abu Dhabi University, Khalifa University, UAE University, and Canadian University Dubai all scored between 72.7 and 76.7, placing them in the 301-400 range.

Ajman University earned a spot in the 601-800 range with a rating of 59.7-66.7, while Zayed University achieved a ranking between 401 and 600 with a score of 66.9-72.6. With an overall score of 7.9-53.8, the American University of Ras Al Khaimah earned a spot in the 1,001+ range.
