Application Process
Applicants who fulfill the requirements are urged to apply online using the template application form found at www.njp.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days after the advertisement is published. Applications must be submitted completely since those that are not will be returned.
Selection Process
For an interview, only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted. The Ministry prioritizes gender parity and has the prerogative to refuse appointments or not fill positions that are posted. Candidates who are currently working for the government are required to present a legitimate NOC when they are interviewed.
Contract Basis
The appointments will be made under contract, with the possibility of an extension based on performance review, for one (1) year at first. To assist in the construction of the Technology Assessment Lab and advance technological capabilities in the defense industry, the Ministry intends to fill these posts.
