As expected, despite of restrictions in few countries, Bitcoin has surged to its highest per coin value. The coin stands at US$4847.01Â (as of writing this article) per coin which is the highest of all time. Per week basis, the price is up 10 percent, while on a monthly basis, the cryptocurrency has seen 12 percent rise.
The Chinese ICO’s ban, Russia’s restrictive actions highly likely on cards did not effect the currency value. It was only a month ago, the currency dropped to as low as $2,980 but quickly picked up and climbed to the all time highest price ever.
Bitcoin is all set to go higher, it seems like it is well on its way to this prediction – Bitcoin could go to $250,000 by the year 2020. It is also forecasted that the currency may see a minor wobble before achieving new heights again just as happened a month back. Although price per coin is short of $5k, Bitcoin is highly likely to go over $5k in coming days.
