Microsoft Introduces Bing AI Chat Widgets for iOS and Android

Microsoft is marking 100 days with a few systems updates since Bing’s AI-powered search was launched. One of those is adding a chatbot gadget for telephone screens across the two iOS and Android.

“This week, we’re sending off another Bing Talk gadget,” Microsoft said in a blog entry Tuesday.

With the claim that its search engine is now an “AI-powered co-pilot for the web,” Microsoft unveiled Bing search in February, which is powered by the substantial language technology behind ChatGPT. OpenAI data started showing up in search results, and Bing added a chat window to help you make shopping lists, summarize PDFs, create LinkedIn posts, and get answers to your questions.

Beginning in May, the Bing AI chatbot was made available to anyone with a Microsoft account, but it was initially restricted to the Edge browser on desktop computers, mobile devices, and tablets, and the Bing app.

As of Tuesday’s news, it is also available as a widget.

The quality of chats in languages other than English has also improved, and you can now talk to your chatbot on your desktop and mobile devices simultaneously.
