Us Pakistanis either have a huge heart or we are outright stupid. You decide. After having hosted 3 million Afghans as our guests for decades. After fighting their war with the soviets with full support. After having our terrorists enemies hide in Afghanistan and attack us for 14 years. After having every damn supply of Afghanistan, an absolutely landlocked country, go through our soil for decades so the Afghanis can survive. After having our declared enemy, India, openly support Afghanistan and we still remain willing to have cordial relationships. After having our soldiers repeatedly being attacked from across the border and we not attacking them in retaliation so your civilian lives are safe. After having our Major being killed during Ramzan and us not killing 50 of their Majors, which we can within a blink. After all this and much much more, we come to a cross road where the unthankful. unclassy, undiplomatic and unintelligent EHSAAN FARAMOSH President of Afghanistan openly threatens Pakistan yesterday.
Ashraf Ghani demands that we open up the Wagah border for Afghanistan trade to India or else he will close Afghanistan for our trade to the Central Asian Countries. Well, Mr. Ghani, first learn the facts. We do not use your country to send our goods to the CIS countries, we use Iran and China. We stopped using Afghanistan almost 30 years ago. Secondly, you want to send your goods to India, our declared enemy, wait till your Chahbahar port gets ready that your masters are funding from New Delhi, then send your goods and get your master’s khairaat from New Delhi then.
To threaten Pakistan, a neighbour who has been nothing but good to you at the behest of your masters, is barking up a tree where lions reside. Not jackals.
We are Pakistanis, we are no cowardly nation. We dont run out of our country even after having 60,000 people killed of terrorism and seek refuge in our neighbouring countries like you. We are Pakistanis, we are EHSAAN MAND nation, when someone does good to us, we remember them and we show them respect. We are Pakistanis, we do not sell our soul to one neighbour (Read:Devil) to create Problems with another neighbour who has supported us in our time of need.
