The theme of Google IO this year was AI. The organization reported various simulated intelligence-fueled highlights across its items on Wednesday. In order to allow individuals to join up for these studies and test out AI-powered features before their wider distribution, the search engine giant also developed a new page called Google Labs.
On Google Labs’ home page, you can view four projects. AI-powered Google search; AI in Google Workspaces; Tailwind, Google’s new project about smarter note-taking; and MusicLM, a new tool for generating music from the text. You can read more about each project or sign up for the waitlist.
Currently, search labs are only available in English and in the US. In addition, most experiments require users to be 18 or older to join the waitlist. Google Labs is accessible through the site or by the Labs symbol on the Google application.
