Prime Minister’s Youth Program offers Paid IT Internship Program With 30k Monthly Stipend
The Government of Pakistan has announced a new opportunity for fresh IT graduates under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program Industry Placement Initiative. Launched by the Ministry of IT & Telecom (MoITT) in collaboration with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the program is designed to provide young professionals with hands on industry experience.
This Six month paid internship offers participants a monthly stipend of PKR 30,000, allowing them to gain valuable exposure by working directly with leading IT companies in Pakistan. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs, giving graduates the skills and confidence to build successful careers in the digital economy.

According to officials, the program not only supports fresh graduates but also helps IT firms tap into emerging talent, ultimately strengthening Pakistan’s technology ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this program, you must meet the following requirements:
Nationality – The applicant must be a Pakistani citizen.
Age Limit – Generally between 18 to 45 years old (age relaxation may apply depending on the scheme rules).
Education – Minimum Matric (10th class) or higher qualification is preferred, but skills-based applicants can also be eligible.
Skills / Training – Applicants with technical, vocational, or IT skills will be prioritized.
Employment Status – Both unemployed individuals and those seeking to start or expand small businesses can apply.
Financial History – Applicant must have a valid CNIC and should not be a defaulter of any bank.
Special Quota – Certain quotas may apply for women, disabled persons, and minorities.
