For Science and Technology students from Pakistan, there is now an excellent opportunity to study in Russia for free.
In collaboration with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) offers fully funded scholarships for Master’s and PhD programs. The scholarship consists of:
- Monthly stipends
- Covering tuition fees
- Other academic support.

Eligibility Criteria
For Master’s Program
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Final-year undergraduate students can also apply
For PhD Program
- A master’s degree in a relevant field
- Applicants with degrees in humanities, social sciences, or business must have significant training in science and technology
English Language Requirements
Since the medium of instruction at Skoltech is English, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum 80
- TOEFL ITP: Minimum 450
- IELTS: Minimum 6.0
- Exemption: Students who have completed a degree in English do not need to submit a language test score
Application Process
- Online Application – Submit personal details, academic documents, a motivation letter, CV, and recommendation letters.
- Online Test – Shortlisted candidates will take a subject-based online test.
- Selection Weekend – Finalists will be invited for interviews and additional evaluations.

- Master’s Program: July 7, 2025
- PhD Program: July 1, 2025
