Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s top commercial banks, has introduced Worklee, the country’s first mobile app dedicated to human resource hiring and remote work. This app is designed to promote inclusive and accessible employment for people from all backgrounds.
A key focus of Worklee is to support
- Women looking for flexible remote work
- Persons with disabilities (PwDs)
- Freelancers.
The software makes it possible for a wider spectrum of people to connect with worthwhile professional possibilities by eliminating conventional workplace boundaries.
Users can sign up on Worklee and create a profile. They can apply for available jobs at Bank Alfalah. If the role allows, they can work remotely. The app is simple and easy to use. Its launch reflects Bank Alfalah’s focus on inclusion. It also supports the State Bank’s “Banking on Equality” strategy.
At first, the application will facilitate the remote hiring of WhatsApp chat agents for the bank’s contact centers. The scope will gradually expand to include new roles based on business needs, such as
- Programmers
- Coders
Faisal Farooq Khan, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Alfalah, said:
“At Bank Alfalah, we’re dedicated to giving people who might struggle in conventional workplace settings equal opportunities. By enabling people to work remotely and achieve financial independence, Worklee is a positive step in removing these obstacles. We aim to build a workplace where talent drives opportunity—not physical limitations.”
Worklee is free to download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Through a simple registration, assessment, and training process, job seekers can apply for roles and deliver services remotely within designated job categories.
With the launch of Worklee, Bank Alfalah continues to set new standards in digital innovation, financial inclusion, and workplace equality in Pakistan.
