When you see these signs, it is time to quit your job

It is normal for everyone to work in a 9-to-5 schedule, eight hours a day and 40 hours a week. You get federal holidays and few other days off often but you get to spend a lot of time working. That work may be the choice you have made for your career but it may not be something you love. It may not always be clear to you that it is the best place for you. Even presence of some of the obvious signs you remain unable to take a final decision.

There are so many reasons which might force you consider another job such as you feel totally underpaid, organizational changes that make things hard for you, you don’t own your ideas, you are no longer passionate about your work, or there are no chances to grow in a job. But your vocation turns dramatic when the anxiety of Monday kicks in even before the Sunday ends. These Monday horrors actually set in and ruin your entire holiday. These “Sunday Night Blues” are the actual signs when you should actually take the leap and jump to another job without wasting any more time.

Having fear of Mondays workload makes almost all the workers a bit depressed but Sunday Night Blues are actually much more than we normally experience. According to surveys, around 76% of the Americans admit that they experience these Sunday Night Blues. Such feelings make your mind trapped, hopeless, or worried for months and you keep dreading the while week’s workload.

According to a national workplace expert Lynn Taylor, the easiest way is to make everything clear by writing down every feeling and desire in the way as you talk to another person. You must write how you feel about your job, your boss etc. and then read those lines by yourself. This will make you feel much better and will help you in thinking out from your own shell.

Life should not be wasted on a job that takes over all the joy in your life causing prolonged misery or stress. Your career is limited only because of your imagination, lowering the barriers will make you see the greener pastures on the other side.
