When you see these signs, it is time to quit your job

It is normal for everyone to work in a 9-to-5 schedule, eight hours a day and 40 hours a week. You get federal holidays and few other days off often but you get to spend a lot of time working. That work may be the choice you have made for your career but it may not be something you love. It may not always be clear to you that it is the best place for you. Even presence of some of the obvious signs you remain unable to take a final decision.

There are so many reasons which might force you consider another job such as you feel totally underpaid, organizational changes that make things hard for you, you don’t own your ideas, you are no longer passionate about your work, or there are no chances to grow in a job. But your vocation turns dramatic when the anxiety of Monday kicks in even before the Sunday ends. These Monday horrors actually set in and ruin your entire holiday. These “Sunday Night Blues” are the actual signs when you should actually take the leap and jump to another job without wasting any more time.
