Times Higher Education (THE), a benchmark website that determines the university rankings has come up with the top universities ranking list of 2018.
For Pakistan, unfortunately the latest ranking does not look good except one university which makes it to top 500. Improving from its previous ranked band of 601-800, QAU (Quaid-e-Azam University) makes it way to the new improved band of under 500. It now falls in 401-500 band, a significant improvement which speaks volume about the University’s education, teaching and discipline.
Here is the list of Top 5 internationally ranked Pakistani Universities in 2018.

The top two rankings are held by UK universities University of Oxford and University of Cambridge respectively. The third ranked university is California Institute of Technology from USA.
