The doorstep service comes with an extra payment of Rs. 1,000, which includes:

  • The service charges Rs. 825.
  • Delivery costs Rs. 175

Please be aware that the service is presently only available to the Executive classification and that the cost may change based on the kind of documents.

Citizens only need to phone and reserve a rider in order to take advantage of the NADRA Biker Service. Here’s how:

  • From a mobile phone: Dial 1777
  • Please dial 051-111-786-100 from a landline.

A motorcyclist will be dispatched to the caller’s address to handle their documents once a NADRA employee walks them through the procedure.
