A new and innovative startup by the name of GharBar has recently been launched. Our aims is to integrate the existing real estate trading with a hint of technology. The startup provides a single window portal to fulfill all the real estate needs of it’s clientele. May it be renting, buying or selling houses or plots. The basic theme of GharBar is to reduce the hectic trend of dealing with dozens of property dealers for the trading of one’s property.

So if you want to buy a new house what will the normal drill be? As per the statistics, you will have to call an average of six property dealers and with each giving their own advice. Every dealer will show you at least five, which totals up to thirty properties. On the face of it, this may look like a good option since you, the client, has so many options to choose from, right? Not quite, because at the end of the day when it comes to deciding on the final property, you get confused as there will be a needlessly big number of irrelevant houses which either exceed your budget or are not up to your standards. Also, the most important thing is that you would have wasted a month on visiting houses that you clearly would never buy.

What do we have to offer in order to simplify the process? We take down your requirements, budget, etc and screen the market, cherry pick the perfect properties and contact you with planned and guided visits. They will even contact various dealers if need be to find you the right property. This eliminates the confusion and hassle of dealing with numerous dealers and consequently visiting dozens of properties that do not match the client’s demand to begin with. So all your property demands will be catered by a single entity rather than 6 property dealers. which means less confusion, efficient time management and piece of mind.

We are also about to introduce virtual tours of residential properties. GharBar’s team will visit you and give you a virtual tour of properties that mirror your requirements so you can shortlist the properties of your choosing and then visit them for the deal finalizing process. This will cut down the hassle by half and you will only physically visit the property once you have approved it through the virtual tour.
