To qualify, applicants must be under 35 years of age and hold at least a bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Aviation Management, Business, Travel and Tourism, or related fields. IATA certifications in ground handling or airport operations will be considered a bonus.
Additionally, candidates should have at least five years of relevant industry experience, two of which should have been spent in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Holidays, shift work, and being prepared to deal with unforeseen operational problems at any time of day are all part of the job.
