In this tweet’s response, people are bashing WHO for their irresponsibility. For example, a similar tweet from a few weeks ago has caused a lot of confusion in people.
Here are a few responses from people all over the world. WHO clearly taken to the cleaners in the response of their tweet.

As per WHO earlier in Jan, this virus was not capable of human to human transmission but here we are now. You’ve lost your credibility

Many people are raising a question about the need for masks, for example,
This is a clearly lie. As a global organisation, this is absolutely unbelievable that publishing lying in the social media. The Virus can be transmitted through Airbone that is the main reason a face mask is needed. WHO is a corruption and ridiculous organisation. pic.twitter.com/Lg3QosQjAe

If not airborne, please explain why healthcare workers are using N95 masks? This is not generally a PPE standard for droplet precautions.

Don’t believe a goddamn word these people say. They lied about human-to-human transmission, they lied about (and are still lying about) the severity of the outbreak in Wuhan, and they lied about the effectiveness of masks.
