Bitcoin elevates to 4.60 percent rise in 24 hours – Galloping to $10,000 now

Bitcoin closed the day at a price of $9,613 on February 05, 2020. This is a 4.68% rise in 24 hours. A price hike of $430 makes it the highest in 5 months, however, the all-time high price of Bitcoin was $20,089 on 17th December 2017.

Bitcoin volume of $25,222,060 was the highest in recent weeks. A total of 368,445 transactions were conducted making it 13% above last year’s average.

According to TNW, there are 13,778 Bitcoin millionaires. That’s addresses containing more than $1 million worth of Bitcoin.

With this Bitcoin’s uptrend and good pace, many altcoins are surging too.

We are not sure if this price pull-up is short-lived but after crossing the $10,000 barrier, the cryptocurrency game could potentially get to the next level.

Ethereum’s (ETH) is also trading well above $200. This price is highest since September last year. An astonishing gain of 63% so far this year.
