Jack Ma’s Tells How To Turn Ideas Into A Vision

Jack Ma, Alibaba’s co-founder who saw the future of eCommerce and internet in China at a very initial stage in the late 90’s is the now the richest man in China. His life reel would be written in history as full of disappointments and failures, leave alone rejections but, that did not stop him from pursuing his dreams.

As a successful entrepreneur, Jack Ma in his videos — gives a brilliant set of advice for youth. In this video, Jack talks about how you can turn your ideas into a vision and reality.

I know nothing about technology, I know nothing about management, you don’t have to know a lot of things. You have to find people who are smarter than you.

Jack Ma says, he always focuses on finding people to work for him who have knowledge about computer and internet and they are smarter than him. This has been Jack Ma’s practice for over a decade to look for people who are sharp, visionary and better.

He believes in being surrounded by the people who can make decisions on their own. Jack also believes, if all the smart people you gather under one roof are able to work together, it is a blessing and they all work to help your company grow.

Stupid people can work together easily, smart people can never work together.

Jack emphasizes the importance of the survival of the fittest. He says if you do not survive today, you are gone and it is important to have the right people in your company to help it grow.

A leader needs to have a great, strong vision. Highly inspired people can implement your vision in a much effective way because a CEO can not do everything from product creation to a company promotion. It’s the job of different people to do different tasks and that helps the company to grow.

Jack Ma also says, for the first 2000 employees of Alibaba, he spoke to everybody for one to two hours when they joined the company.

I said, I would never promise you would be rich. I never promise you will be promoted but I promise you will suffer.

If you promise good things, you are misleading them, because I cannot even promise myself.

Jack Ma also says, we know this is the future and we can see it, however, we are not sure that we will be there. By working together we can all hold it together and grow collectively.
