Golf ball-sized hailstones battered the parts of France. The size was so big, it killed one person and injured many people. In a terrifying video filmed by a motorist in Romans-sur-Isère region in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, shows the huge size of ice balls smashing the windscreen of his car. Many other cars windshields were smashed.

The big sized ice calls and the storm has caused such massive damage to the property and corps at Auvergne-Rhône-Alps region that a natural disaster has been declared in France by its agriculture minister.
